You’ve always been an active person, but as the years go by (as you advance in your career, your family grows, and your lifestyle changes) you realize that you’ve slowly lost connection with your body. Our culture perpetuates a lot of toxic beliefs and ideas about our bodies. Breaking down those negative beliefs and replacing them with positive, intentional ones will help you stay consistent and be clear on your goals and values.

Mechanics

Why?

Think about how much safer you feel driving your car when you know how to change a tire.
 

Learning basic anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics makes it so much easier to diagnose problems, make repairs, and tune for performance.

Foundational Movements

Why?

If you ask a toddler to pick something up off the ground, they’ll do a perfect squat. No one taught them proper squat form; their bodies just do it.

Learning foundational movements will help uncover what you already know – but probably forgot – about how to move.

How?

The Empowered Body Program takes a holistic approach, combining mindfulness, mindset work, mechanics, and foundational movements. This program is designed to address the root causes of pain, immobility, and lack of motivation. Participants have experienced significant improvements and regained their joy in movement from this program’s unique approach.

6 months! I know that committing to a 6-month program may seem daunting, but remember that it’s designed to help you make lasting changes. Throughout the program, you’ll get the support, motivation, and resources you need to keep you engaged and on track. The extended duration allows for deeper transformation and sustainable results and I’ll be able to support your through the times where motivation will inevitably waiver or when life gets busier, more stressful, etc. 

I know that exercise can be challenging and unenjoyable for many people. Forget everything you thought you knew about exercise though, because The Empowered Body Program goes beyond traditional exercise routines. It focuses on cultivating a healthy relationship with movement and helping you discover what works best for your body. Through personalized guidance and exploration, together we’ll develop a strategy to make movement enjoyable and rewarding for you.

This program is tailored to meet your specific individual needs and is suitable for people with physical limitations or conditions. My approach prioritizes safety, and we’ll work together to ensure you can participate fully while respecting your limitations. And don’t worry, my bag of tricks contains endless alternatives and modifications, so we’ll always find a version that works for your unique body!

1:1 coaching sessions are included every 4 weeks throughout your program. In between calls, you’ll have access to me via Marco Polo where we will check in at least once a week. If you want to increase your support to the “I’m In Your Pocket” tier, we can meet for 1:1 sessions up to once a week, and I’ll be checking our Marco Polo channel daily!

If weight loss is your primary goal, I will not be the best coach for you. I believe in Health at Every Size and am a member of the Association for Size Diversity and Health and approach any sort of discussions around weight through that lens. 

I personally am an auDHDer and have had many clients with autism, CPTSD, ADHD, etc. That being said, every brain is different, so book your application/curiosity call so we can chat about if the structure of this program will work for you.

You should be ready to commit 1-2 hours/week plus 1:1 session time, plus group workshop time (1 hour/month).

You can mix and match between support tiers, so the total investment for this program can range between 2-6k for the entire 6 month commitment

This program is run in cohorts, but is not primarily a group coaching program. We will meet for our welcome call at the beginning of the program to go over housekeeping and logistics, but most importantly share intentions and stories. There will be a group Marco Polo chat that you can participate in as much or as little as you like. Every month, I will host group workshops where we’ll dive deep into a topic that the entire cohort can benefit from and you’ll have the option to connect with other program members. We will finish up the program with a group celebration call! 

The self-paced content you complete as you work through The Empowered Body Program will be available to you FOREVER! Learning your body is a lifelong process (the only constant is change, right?) and growth is a spiral. Revisit the content whenever you desire to find new perspectives on things you’ve already practiced, experience the power of repetition and continually improve your movement practice.
